On Land Packages:

On packages
0% cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days before the trip
50% cancellation charges if cancelled between 29-25 days before the trip
No refund will be made if cancelled 25 days before the tour
No refund or compensation on any changes on ongoing trip
No refund or compensation on any govt issued booking such as permits, safari bookings, etc

Credit Note shall be given in case of travel restriction & Lockdown with a validity of one-year time frame (Tariff may change as per the hotels). 

No refund will be given for no-show due to cancellation of flight/ferry due to technical/weather conditions. No refunds would be offered on the Cruise tickets if already purchased. 

**Any cancellation based on the medical ground, Covid and Lockdown – We strictly follow the cancellation policy of the / Hotel / Cruise Association or any other source of tour logistics that is directly or indirectly related to the package Including GST, and the final settled amount will be refunded along with 2000 Per Person Services Charges of Tripoclan Travel. 

Flight cancellations
Any flight cancellations or modifications are subject to flight operators’ terms and conditions, and should be done through respective airlines directly.
