Historical Background
The name Mount Abu was derived from Mount Arbud. It was believed that the youngest son of Himalaya with the assistance of his snake Arbud flooded the gorge in the area to save Lord Shiva’s bull.

The climate of Mount abu is cool throughout the year. During summers, temperature is max. 36 degree and minimum 23 degree, but it has cold winters with a minimum temperature of 12 degrees.

HOW TO REACH MOUNT ABU
