HOW TO REACH CHAIL
AIR – The Jabarhatti air terminal of Shimla is the closest air terminal to Chail, around 72 kilometres. Chandigarh air terminal is 113 kilometres through NH 22. These air terminals have flights associating them with major Indian cities.
TRAIN – The railway station closest to Chail is the Kalka railway station, around 81 kilometres through National Highway 22. Different trains, for example, Kalka mail, Kalka Shatabdi, Paschim Express and Himalayan Queen, interface Kalka with the rest of India.
ROAD – Chail is a good 45 kilometres from Shimla by road through Kufri. It is around 61 kilometres from Shimla using Kandhaghat. Transport from Shimla, Delhi and Chandigarh, are there on ordinary bases. Chandigarh, Delhi and Kalka are placed 120 KM, 385 KM, and 95 KM individually from this lovely hill station.
